We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Administrative Coordinator for our Cloud Training activites. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively between students, trainers, and corporate clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a passion for cloud technology and a keen interest in sales and administration.
Responsibilites
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective candidates interested in our cloud training courses.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, admission process, and schedule.
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential candidates to pitch our cloud training classes and secure admissions.
- Manage in-person enquiries at the institute.
- Facilitate the enrollment and onboarding of the candidates
- Coordinate with students to arrange and schedule training batches.
- Ensure smooth communication regarding batch timings and updates to candidates
- Manage inbound enquiries from corporate clients interested in our training programs.
- Proactively reach out to corporate entities to explore potential training partnerships.
